For parcels that are not picked up within 14 days, Bare Nordic Beauty reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping, freight and administrative costs. Any refund requested for goods that are returned to our warehouse will be less the costs that are incurred by us for return delivery from the shipping provider, and will vary depending upon location that the package is sent from, weight of parcel etc. This can be confirmed if you emailinfo@barenordicbeauty.comfor a refund request.
Please note that you can always try to contact your local service point to extend your pick-up time. -
Bare Nordic Beauty has a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be kept in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unopened. Damaged or opened products will not be accepted and no refunds will be made. Freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer.Returning Your Purchase:
- Email info@barenordicbeauty.com with an email marked “RETURN”. and include your order number and reason for the return.
- Upon confirmation from us you can return the products.
- Package your return item well enough to prevent damage in transit. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
- Clearly mark the parcel ‘Returned Goods’, to shorten handling time and for international returns avoid any Customs charges. It is sometimes possible (depending on the carrier that delivered the original shipment) that we can send you a returns label that you will need to print out on a normal black & white printer (paper) and securely fix to the parcel.
- Please note that Bare Nordic Beauty is not responsible for returns that gets lost in the mail.

Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in undamaged packaging. Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods improperly. We do not refund shipping on exchanges and returns.For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within 14 days. -
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. All products available for purchase are in stock if no other info is shown, but this may on occasion include stock that is in transport to us from our suppliers and is expected to shortly be available, in all good faith. Sometimes delays and error to occur, and if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order you will receive an email from us giving you the reason, the expected delay and often an alternative that we can recommend (if appropriate). This is part of our mission to provide good, personal customer service. We will not take payment until we know that we are able to send you your goods, and of course if you do not want to wait or take an alternative variant you will immediately have the order cancelled and the funds are returned by your payment provider.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
