Ingredients: Blackcurrant leaf, raspberry leaf, freeze-dried wild blueberry 15%, freeze-dried lingonberry 15%, spruce sprouts.

Ginger Spruce : In a need of a break? Zesty spruce sprouts from the Finnish forests, aroma-rich blackcurrant leaves and ginger make an effective and irresistibly delicious combination that will brighten up your body and soul. Enjoy as a hot or cold herbal tea or add directly into your smoothie. Naturally caffeine-free.

Ingredients: Blackcurrant leaf, ginger 30%, apple, spruce sprouts 15%.

Country of origin: Finland (herbs), ginger (organic from: Sri-Lanka/India/China).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Not recommended for pregnant women

How to use: Brew a teaspoon per 200ml of water at 90°c, let steep for 5-10 mins.
