Nordic Superfood was founded by Linda Myrberg, who is an acupuncturist and holistic spa expert, with over 25 years of experience and broad competence in health, influenced by both Western and Eastern teachings. Linda's vision is to inspire a life filled with health and well-being from a holistic perspective.

Linda trained as a spa manager in 2008 in Stockholm and is one of the leading spa consultants in Scandinavia. She develops, among other things, sauna rituals and health and spa products for leading spa and design companies, usually based on the Nordic tradition.

Holistic Knowledge & Lifestyle

Linda also has extensive training as an acupuncturist in Chinese Medicine (TCM) and nutrition. She lectures on the power of thoughts and holistic health philosophy, and arranges holistic anti-aging retreats and events. The interest in clean and healthy food has followed Linda for many years and she is constantly developing new healthy recipes that she tries out at her events.

Inspiration & Educator

Linda has participated as a TV coach, health expert and writer for various magazines and lectures on Nordic health trends worldwide. Her long-standing background from training and the spa industry has given her a broad competence and understanding of the body's needs, health and well-being. This has also meant that over the years she has gained broad experience in teaching, coaching and giving others insights into how best to create a life filled with health and well-being from a holistic perspective. The goal is to show the health effects food, sauna, exercise, and thoughts can have on the body and how to achieve vitality and maintain energy for life.
