Calm Sleep : Herbal tea which is a carefully selected blend of Finnish herbs, such as fireweed leaf, raspberry leaf and heather flower, that have traditionally been used in Finland for their calming and relaxing effects. Enjoying a cup of tea in the evening is a particularly relaxing way to let go of the past day and prepare the body and mind for a calming night of sleep. Naturally caffeine free.
Ingredients: Fireweed leaf, raspberry leaf, heather flower, peppermint, lemon balm, common hop, marjoram. Of the ingredients, fireweed leaf, raspberry leaf and heather flower are collected wild while peppermint, lemon balm, common hop and marjoram are naturally cultivated.
