Remoair After Rain Scented Candle is a handmade Swedish vegan candle with a crisp, green and sharply atmospheric fragrance inspired by summer rain, flowering clover fields, wet asphalt, citrus peel, ozone, vetiver and sandalwood. Fresh, raw and unexpectedly clear, this tart scented candle captures the charged feeling in the air just after a storm has passed.
The scent opens with bright splashes of lime, bergamot and lemon peel, sharpened by a hint of salt water. It feels immediate and alive — like air suddenly cleared after heavy rain. At the heart, clover rises from the ground, green, moist and slightly wild, while basil and ozone add an electric, aromatic tension that gives the fragrance its distinctive edge.
As the candle burns, the base settles into vetiver, tonka and sandalwood, balancing the fresh and sour notes with dry warmth and quiet depth. The result is not a soft romantic rain scent, but something more vivid and present: petrichor, wet grass, bare feet, dark skies, warm air and rain hitting clover flowers.
Handmade in Sweden in Remoair’s studio in Alnarp, After Rain is crafted from natural ECOCERT sunflower wax and finished with a cotton and linen lead-free wick. The formula is 100% vegan, cruelty-free and made without paraffin, stearin, palm, soy or unnecessary additives. Housed in a recycled tin, it offers up to 60 hours of burn time with a clean, climate-conscious approach.
