Your five-minute exfoliation ritual

1. Warm

Shower or bathe in warm water for a few minutes to soften the skin and prepare it for exfoliation.

2. Exfoliate

Wet the glove and place it over your hand. Using gentle pressure, glide it over the skin in circular motions or long, upward strokes.

Begin at the feet and work gradually towards the heart. The slow, upward movements can also become part of a mindful body massage ritual, helping you reconnect with your body as you exfoliate.

Pay additional attention to areas that are often dry or rough, such as the elbows, knees and heels. Use a lighter touch on delicate or sensitive areas.

3. Rinse

Rinse the body thoroughly with warm water and gently pat the skin dry. Your skin should feel fresh, smooth and beautifully renewed.

4. Nourish
