Your dry-brushing ritual:
Use the brush on clean, completely dry skin before showering, bathing or entering the sauna.
Begin at the feet and brush upwards using long, gentle strokes towards the heart. Continue over the legs, then move from the hands towards the shoulders.
Use soft circular movements over the abdomen and a lighter touch on delicate areas. Adjust the pressure so the ritual feels stimulating but always comfortable.
Pause, breathe and move slowly. After brushing, shower or bathe as usual, then complete your ritual by massaging Hooly by Myrberg Body Oil into the skin.
